The Ramada Hotel is not located in the center of the City of Jerusalem. As a result, there are no coffee shops or restaurants nearby. The Hotel management will be offering the participants at the workshop a special deal for a light lunch during the Conference for 22 $. Accompanying persons may also benefit from this arrangement. Please include this lunch request on the registration form.

The Zedekiah’s Cave is under renovation. Since many brethren expressed their wish to conduct a masonic event there, we applied for a special permit for a visit- please note, in case of approval the participants will have to pay an additional cost. Details will be given at a later stage.
Cancellation policy
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Kaleidoscope offices at wcrmgl2023@freemasonry.org.il
COVID-19
Participants who will be found positive for COVID-19 in the days prior to the annual meeting and thus will not be able to travel will be fully refunded (upon presentation of medical verification).
Cancellation for any other reason
Cancel until 1 January 2023 - Full refund
Cancel between 2 January 2023 and 1 February 2023 - 75% refund
Cancel between 2 February 2023 and 31 March - 50% refund
No refund for cancellation after 1 April 2023.
In case of “force majeure” of cancellation (ex:War, Pandemic, etc.) full reimbursement is guaranteed.
