The annual meeting offers two hotels in three different price levels:
A LIMITED number of rooms will be available at the Ramada Hotel for the conference participants.
Therefore, if you would like a room at The Ramada Hotel please register and book your accommodation as soon as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If rooms at the Ramada Hotel will no longer be available, we can help you find alternative accommodation, which may NOT be close to the Ramada Hotel. In this case, attending the conference will possibly entail the use of public transport i.e. taxi, bus or light rail [Yitzhak Navon station].

Cancellation policy
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Kaleidoscope offices at wcrmgl2023@freemasonry.org.il
COVID-19
Participants who will be found positive for COVID-19 in the days prior to the annual meeting and thus will not be able to travel will be fully refunded (upon presentation of medical verification).
Cancellation for any other reason
Cancel until 1 January 2023 - Full refund
Cancel between 2 January 2023 and 1 February 2023 - 75% refund
Cancel between 2 February 2023 and 31 March - 50% refund
No refund for cancellation after 1 April 2023.
In case of “force majeure” of cancellation (ex:War, Pandemic, etc.) full reimbursement is guaranteed.
